There are some Tae Kwon Do schools which use stripes, or "tips" on the ends of their belts, and there are others that use solid color belts. The Pure Energy system uses solid colored belts. There is not a right or wrong way as to which colors to use. So if your system of Tae Kwon Do ranks their students differently, do not worry! There is no better method of ranking than the next. It is strictly determined by your federation's or instructor's preference.The forms listed for each belt will differ between schools also. This is chosen, just as the belts are chosen, by your federation or instructor.
